Author, academician, military strategist and community leader. Holder of undergraduate degree and three Master’s, one of which came from the Naval War College, Newport, Rhode Island. Full Adjunct Professor Webster University San Antonio and adjunct faculty for Texas A & M San Antonio University and Palo Alto College. President/CEO of NC Cabana Logistics LLC—a Texas corporation--specializing in education and training consulting services. San Antonio SCORE mentor/Vice Chair for startup business owners. One of the catalysts for passing Public Law 114-265 in 2016-- recognizing World War II Filipino and American Veterans for Congressional Gold (CGM) Medal. Retired U.S. Air Force Colonel with 34+ years of distinguished service in logistics field. Founder and National Executive Director of the US Ship Telesforo Trinidad Campaign, a 505 (c3) non-profit organization to petition a US Navy Combatant Ship honoring Sailor Telesforo Trinidad—a 1915 US Congressional Medal of Honor recipient. Made history when the Secretary of the Navy named a USS Telesforo Trinidad DDG 139 on May 19, 2022. Founder/Co-Chair of Friendship Task Force San Antonio/Baguio City. Married to the former Geraldine Ensign of Wichita Falls, TX, for 46 years and is proud father of four children and grandfather of five grandchildren.
