Fondly known as Yoly, she was appointed by the Philippine Commission on Audit as the Auditor of the Philippine National Bank (PNB) in Honolulu, Hawaii. After completing her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Accounting from the University of the East in Manila, she became a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).

Following her tenure at PNB, Yoly transitioned to the Bank of Hawaii, where she honed her skills until her family relocated to San Antonio, Texas, due to her husband’s work assignment at the Department of Veterans Affairs. Her professional experience encompasses roles at the Bank of Hawaii, Frost National Bank in San Antonio, and the City of San Antonio (COSA), where she ultimately retired as a Compliance & Resolution Officer in the Finance Department.

Yoly has consistently demonstrated her commitment to the San Antonio community. She served as the President of the Philippine Women of America, Inc. from 2016 to 2017 and was the Chairperson of the Institute of Texan Cultures Philippine Exhibit Advisory Committee from 2018 to 2019. Additionally, she was the Immediate Past Region Chairperson of the Philippine American Chamber of Commerce – Central Texas Region during 2020-2021 and currently holds the position of Board Secretary for PACC-CTR. Yoly was also appointed as the Community Liaison Director of the Philippine-American Chamber of Commerce of Texas and is an active Task Force Member of the Baguio-San Antonio Friendship City initiative.

After retiring from the City of San Antonio, Yoly pursued a new path as a licensed realtor, which keeps her actively engaged in her community alongside her volunteer work with PACC Texas. She aspires to help numerous families and friends achieve their dream of homeownership, believing that her role as a competent and trustworthy real estate salesperson contributes to the betterment of the San Antonio community.

Yoly shares her life with Robert, her supportive and loving husband, and they enjoy traveling together as their favorite pastime. They are proud parents to three wonderful daughters, all successful in their respective careers, and the eldest, now married, has blessed them with an adorable grandson.
