Bud is currently the CEO/Owner-Operator of Patriot Grill, LLC. He is married to Maribelle Stoker,
Executive Chef of Patriot Grill. Bud and Belle began Patriot Grill three years ago during the Covid
pandemic. Bud retired last year as a safety engineer from SpaceX in Boca Chica, Texas where he
completed the Mars Mission Launch Facility.
Bud is a US military veteran serving for 8 years, followed by a career in Law Enforcement as a State Trooper with the Louisiana State Police. During his tenure with the State Police, but was awarded the Medal of Valor for lifesaving actions taken during a catastrophic train derailment in Livingston, La. Bud spent 25 years of his career as a Safety Specialist working at United States Embassies around the world for several construction and engineering companies. Bud and Belle love to create new recipes in their spare time, focusing on Filipino and Mexi-Pino dishes. They currently own a home in Schertz, TX.
